2. What We Deliver

  • Future Expansion: We’ll add more categories as we grow—no extra fees for new categories.
  • Exclusions: Perishables requiring refrigeration (e.g., lab-grown meat), hazardous materials, or items over 40 lbs.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Fair Pricing: All prices include delivery. No hidden fees—you’ll see the total before ordering.
  • Discounts: We hunt real deals (not cheap alternatives) to keep quality high and prices fair.
  • Refunds: Full refunds for missed deliveries or damaged items (we’ll cover return shipping).

4. Delivery & Scheduling

  • Delivery Windows: We’ll aim to deliver within your selected time window, but external factors like traffic, road closures, or weather may cause delays. We’ll notify you immediately if a delay occurs.
  • Recipient Requirement: A person must be present to receive deliveries (to ensure perishables stay fresh and prevent spoilage). No one at home? To reschedule, please contact us, with order number in subject, at: hello@qk2door.com
  • Eco Impact: Every delivery reduces your carbon footprint vs. driving yourself.

5. Returns & Sustainability

  • Eco-Friendly Returns: We recycle packaging (not landfill) and offset delivery emissions.
  • No Waste: If an item is unused, we donate it to local shelters (no fees).

6. Privacy & Trust

  • Your Data, Not Our Product: We never sell your order history or schedule.
  • Transparency: We’ll email you only about orders or sustainability updates (no spam).

7. Your Responsibility

  • Accuracy: Provide correct delivery addresses.
  • No Harm: Don’t order items that could harm you or others (e.g., illegal goods).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We’ll Fix It: If a delivery is late or damaged, we’ll refund and add a 10% discount to your next order.
  • Not Responsible For: Unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters), but we’ll notify you immediately.

9. Changes to This Agreement

  • We’ll update the ToS only for legal reasons or to improve your experience (we’ll email you).
  • You keep using the qk2door.com → You accept changes.
